To return an order please visit our Returns Portal to start your return.

Within 45 days of receiving your ROKA London bag, you can send back the item(s) that you want to return or exchange and we will exchange the items or refund the amount you paid. 

We offer free returns for all exchanges and returns that refund to gift card. We do charge a small postage fee for returns with a refund to the original payment method.

Our Returns Portal makes returns and exchanges simple and convenient. Any fees will be deducted from the final refund. We will not charge postage for items that are damaged/faulty.

We only accept returns purchased directly from this website, rokalondon.com. ROKA London is only responsible for exchanges, defective bags, and returns purchased from rokalondon.com.

All products purchased elsewhere must be returned to the original point of purchase
