I am returning an item that was sent for an exchange. Why does it say £0 to be refunded?Updated 13 days ago

Don’t worry, this is a normal part of how our system handles exchanges!

When you exchange an item, the new order is created at a £0 value because the payment is linked to your original purchase. Even though your screen shows £0, we’ve got you covered.

How it works:

  • Create your return: Simply follow the usual steps to register your return on our portal.

  • System Alert: Once you’ve done this, our system lets our team know your item is on its way back.

  • Process Refund: We will then manually process your refund back to the original payment method used for your first order.

We aim to be reliable and supportive, so as soon as your return is processed, we’ll make sure your money is back with you.
