All EU and International orders are shipped from our UK warehouse using FedEx.

For the destinations listed below, duties and taxes are calculated and collected at checkout and Delivered Duties Paid (DDP). This means your order should arrive with no additional charges to pay on delivery. 

Any applicable import duties, taxes, and fees will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Please note that customs clearance processes may occasionally cause delivery delays that are outside our control.

Unfortunately, we do not deliver the the USA, Canada, South and Central America from ROKA London but you can order the same products from our our US based brand ORI London.
